SKYA was born out of a shared frustration – screening candidates takes too long, feels impersonal, and often leaves people with no feedback. We wanted to change it and make the process faster and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Our story started in Rome.
We met at university, coming from different countries, cultures, and career paths. What brought us together wasn’t just education; it was a shared vision without borders, literally.

From concept to reality
Our journey started in RBS4Entrepreneurship.
We pitched our idea alongside 150 other teams. We ended up winning the Digital Hackathon Winter Edition 2024, which secured us a spot in the Rome Business School Incubation Program, backed by Opinno Italy.
We refined the concept, validated the idea, built a prototype, and won the Pitch Day 2024 award.
