Why is recruitment still so slow, and frustrating?
We saw firsthand how much time and energy recruiters wasted on manual CV screening, how great candidates were often overlooked, and how so many applicants were left in the dark with no feedback. We knew there had to be a better way to make candidate screening faster, smarter, and more human, so we created SKYA out of a passion for people.
Our goal? To restore the excitement of job searching, replacing stress and disappointment with clarity, excitement, and peace of mind.

We began as participants in the RBS4Entrepreneurship Program, where out of 150 projects, ours was selected as the winner of the Digital Hackathon winter’s edition in 2024. This achievement secured us a spot in the Rome Business School Incubation Program supported by Opinno Italy, and we went on to win the Pitch Day 2024 award. This milestone was a testament to our team’s determination, passion, and vision for transforming recruitment.
